Compliance & Licensing
Trust is the foundation of premium private transport. Nova Lux operates under full private hire licensing, with every chauffeur, vehicle and journey covered by the appropriate insurance and compliance checks.
Operator Licence
Nova Lux Ltd operates as a licensed private hire vehicle (PHV) operator. All bookings are made through a licensed operator, and all vehicles and drivers are licensed in accordance with Transport for London (TfL) requirements.

DBS-Checked Drivers
Every Nova Lux chauffeur holds a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Drivers assigned to school, university and youth group bookings receive additional safeguarding training in line with best practice for working with young people.
Insurance
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive private hire insurance, including passenger liability cover. Documentation is available for corporate clients and event organisers on request.
ULEZ & Emissions Compliance
Every vehicle in the Nova Lux fleet meets Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) standards, so your journey is never subject to additional emissions charges within Greater London.
